When it comes to who works in the bod:evolve center, our selection process is simple: Every staff member is handpicked by the doctors. Most members of the staff have worked with one or both of us for years, and we are confident that you will find in them a level of professionalism and a commitment to patient care that you cannot find anywhere else. We are consistently humbled by the amazing dedication and supportive attitude they bring to the practice every day. Stacy Duchane - Office Manager

Stacy has worked with both Dr. Broadway and Dr. Millard since 2001. Stacy has previously managed other large medical practices, and combines this experience with a naturally amicable demeanor and a knowledge of people to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. Stacy has worked in many different areas of medicine, but she finds great enjoyment specifically from working in the field of plastic surgery.

Ashley Ramos - Skin Essentials Manager

Ashley comes to us from Northern Colorado with an extensive background in customer service and client relations. She has been involved in clinical spa management since 2007 and understands the deeply personal nature of the patient’s individual desire for self improvement. Ashley has a strong ability to multi task since she not only handles administrative responsibilities, but she lends customer service support and company event marketing/planning. Although most of her focus is concentrated on maintaining our skin care department at the highest level and making sure that no details are over looked, she prides herself on being knowledgeable and helpful in many other areas of the business as well.

Chris Drexler - Finance & Accounting Manager

Chris has been heading up the accounting department of the bod:evolve clinic since 2009. Since attending John Carroll University for Mathematics & Computer Science, Chris has provided small business accounting solutions for companies of all sizes and fields. With over 20 years of finance and accounting, and a strong mathematical background, the team at bod:evolve can trust that all the 't's' and 'i's' are dotted and crossed when it comes to the finances of their clinic. Chris dedicates her spare time to her loving family and grandchildren.

Olga L. Rodriguez (Practictioner) HHP, ESTI, LMT, CNA

Olga L. Rodriguez has extensive experience in the post-op recovery of cosmetic surgery patients including pain and stress management. Along with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos, the inventor of High-Def liposuction, Olga created this innovative protocol that has been proven effective on more than 600 patients for over 4 years. By incorporating complementary therapies into her traditional practices, Olga’s innovative approach focuses on the whole person. Olga also has experience in health care related management.

CARE is a therapeutic method used after surgery to effectively reduce swelling, edema, bruising, pain, post-operative stress and other normal conditions associated with cosmetic surgery recovery. This method promotes discharge of lymphatic congestion and diminishes undesired fibrosis afterliposuction (appearance of indentations in the skin), improves scarring and enhances the immune system, while reducing recovery time and provides a superior surgical outcome.

Other benefits: Increase mobility and flexibility, enhance blood circulation and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation effect).

Nicole Chyr - Patient Coordinator and Marketing Assistant

Nicole has worked with the bod:evolve doctors since 2003. Nicole's primary position is Dr. Broadway's patient coordinator. She will be working with you during your consultation helping to answer all of your questions, allowing you to make the right, informed decision about your procedure. Nicole is also directly involved with marketing for bod:evolve and Dr. Broadway, and continuously updates the websites by writing blogs and articles featuring innovative body sculpting techniques offered at our facility . Nicole graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Exercise and Health Science, but has found her passion working with patients in the plastic surgery industry.

Becky Dunn - Clinical Coordinator

Becky has worked with Dr. Broadway since 2000. She has more than 13 years of experience in the medical field, and prides herself on seeing unexpected challenges as opportunities to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Becky will be working with you at your preoperative appointment if your surgery is with Dr. Broadway. She will help to relieve any uncertainties you may be having before your cosmetic surgical procedure and is a great resource for post operative questions about your recovery. Her kindness and attention to detail can be observed in every patient she works with.

Amy Duff, M.A. - Medical Assistant/ Clinical Assistant

Amy has been with Dr. Broadway since October 2009. She will be working with you mostly at your post operative appointments and help you feel as comfortable as possible. She is happy to answer any questions or concerns before and after your surgery. She has 14 years experience in the medical field and has a passion for plastic surgery.

Rachell Dottenwhy - Patient Coordinator

Rachell started with bod:evolve in July 2011 working directly for Dr. Broadway; however, she is a seasoned professional to the medical field. She has been a professional in the cosmetic surgery industry for 6 years, including working for Renewal Surgery Center as the Administrative Assistant. Rachell’s helpful nature along with her business acumen makes her a great asset to the office. Her desire to make patients feel comfortable and her customer focused mentality makes patients feel at ease. Rachell is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Sharilyn Hanson - Patient Concierge

Sharilyn joined our office in June 2008, bringing 20+ years experience in the Healthcare Industry to Millard Plastic Surgery. She handles initial phone call and email inquiries with the understanding that current and prospective patients alike deserve prompt and knowledgeable answers.

Sharilyn welcomes the many inquiries from our Out-of-State and Out-of-Country patients. She gladly helps them through the easy process of setting up a phone consultation with Dr. Millard. To ensure their post surgical needs are met, she works closely with patients pertaining to their accommodations, transportation, and nursing care.

Sharilyn is the mother of grown children residing in Vancouver, London, and Denver, as well as being a proud Military Mom.

Courtney Lindquist - Patient Coordinator/Clinical Assistant

Courtney is Dr. Millard’s patient coordinator and she will be working with you during your consultation, answering any questions you may have and allowing you to make an informed decision about your procedure. Courtney will also assist you throughout your preoperative and postoperative visits to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Courtney has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and is also an Aesthetician with over five years experience in the medical field.

Mary Lautenbach, N.P. - Nurse Practitioner

A registered nurse and nurse practitioner for 18 years, Mary graduated with honors from Regis University with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Her combined education and experience make her a leader in the field, and she brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare. She combines this knowledge with unsurpassed patient care and understanding. Mary will not only skillfully oversee your care; she will make sure your experience is as comfortable and delightful as possible!

Heather Cordova - Surgery Scheduler/Patient Coordinator

Heather is Dr. Khoury's patient coordinator. She works with his patients during their consultation and pre and post operative visits to our clinic. Heather has over 5 years experience working a a healthcare coordinator, and loves working with patients, doing everything she can to make your visit as rewarding as possible. Heather attended Denver Metro university for business, and in her spare time loves enjoying all life has to offer in our beautiful city!

As a registered nurse for 28 years, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and advanced certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, and specialized laser technology, Marianne will bring her technical expertise, her special artistry, and her warm caring personal interaction skills to your confidential consultation session. Together you'll explore opportunities for enhancements and match the analysis with the extensive services available. The priority goal of the consultation is to satisfy your personal needs, including your budget requirements. Should you partake in any of our services please be assured that Marianne's techniques include focus on minimizing your "downtime" and disruption.

Angela Pent - Paramedical Aesthetician

Angela is a multi-talented professional with a passion for skincare. In addition to being a Paramedical Aesthetician, Angela is also a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her dedication to and knowledge of advanced skincare is second to none. She is committed to providing each of her clients with individualized skin care to enhance their skin’s natural beauty. Whether a client is concerned with fine lines, acne, or hyperpigmentation, Angela can customize the perfect treatment and home care regimen to achieve desired results. She also enjoys spending time with her two children.

Lindsay Wilson RN/BSN - Cosmetic Nurse Specialist

Possessing a degree in adult fitness & exercise science, in addition to her nursing credentials, proves that Lindsay is extremely passionate about health and wellness. Her background consists of both dermatology and pre and post-operative care for surgical patients. More importantly, her connection to the wellness and happiness of her patients is her biggest attribute. In her short time with us, she has proven that she will do whatever is needed to fulfill the goals of her patients.

Pam Pierce - Paramedical Esthetician

Pam is a licensed Paramedical Esthetician, a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional, and a proud member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She has also received advanced training from The American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics. With Pam you are in exceptionally talented hands, as she adheres to the highest standards of safety and offers the most innovative technology associated with her treatments. Her goal is to help empower her clients by enhancing their appearance and self-esteem.

Mandy Wagenknecht - Patient Coordinator

Mandy has been with the practice since July 2006. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology. Mandy is one of the first people who will greet you when you enter our office. Her goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they walk through the door. She joins us with an extensive administrative background in the medical industry. Mandy is looking forward to making your experience at bod:evolve a wonderful one.

Kim Hadcroft - Patient Relationship Coordinator

You'll meet Kim as soon as you walk in our office, and she'll see to it that your visit with us is effortless and memorable. Kim is one of the newer member of the bodevolve team, and has been a wonderful addition. She hails from Brisbane, Australia, and has infused our practice with a touch of charm and 'worldliness.' In her spare time Kim loves to travel, and preparing for her upcoming wedding!
