What is a rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to place your nose in harmony with the rest of your face. This may entail altering the shape, size, or general appearance of your nose.

Rhinoplasty is a versatile procedure; your doctor will be able to reduce size and width of the nose, narrow the nostrils, increase or decrease the nasal bridge, alter the shape of the tip of the nose, or improve the angle between the nose and upper lip.

What can I expect if I receive a rhinoplasty procedure at bod:evolve?

If you are interested in receiving a rhinoplasty, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with Dr. Broadway. You will be able to discuss with your doctor exactly what you envision for your nose.

One useful tool for the visualization of your rhinoplasty results is computer imaging. Using computer imaging, your doctor will be able to demonstrate what your nose might look like, before you decide on what changes you would like to have. This way, you will be able to both better understand and better communicate to your doctor the exact result you are aiming to have for your nose.

As a prospective patient, what should I know about rhinoplasty?

Computer imaging is not a guarantee of the result you will receive with your rhinoplasty. During your consultation, you and your doctor will be able to talk at length about your expectations. We encourage you to be frank with your doctor, and with the staff; communication between doctor and patient is key, especially for a procedure such as rhinoplasty.
