Buttocks augmentation is the process of adding fat to part or all of the entire buttocks area, forming fuller, shapelier buttocks.

Micro fat grafting works by removing fat from one part of your body (such as the abdomen, hips, or thighs) and inserting it into the buttocks. This process results in a shapelier buttocks area that looks and feels natural. Since the tissue used is your own, there is no sense of an unnatural result with this procedure.

Buttocks augmentation uses fat grafted from other areas of your body. This means that you must have enough fat available in your body to be used for the procedure. If you worry that you do not have enough fat available for the procedure, but still want to receive a buttocks augmentation, do not start a weight-gain regimen before meeting with one of our doctors! Our doctors will discuss with you how you can gain weight in a healthy and safe manner, in a way that will still allow you to receive a buttocks augmentation.

As with any surgical procedure, your body will need some time to heal after receiving a buttocks augmentation. Most patients are able to resume normal activity after 2-4 weeks.
